we must eat vegetables and fruits in order to keep healthy.All of us like to eat fried things like chicken which destroys your health i don't think it is very good .we must eat healthily to keep our selves healthy. We keep our selves healthy because we want our body to be strong.When we are strong, we feel good . We don't want to be sick and stay at home all day. We can go outdoors to play and exercise.one of the disease that is caused by eating unhealthily is" Diabetes" That illness is a very horrible illness which no one wants to get. If we eat healthy food, we will be able to concentrate on things we do and we will feel very energetic.I support my school campaign by asking children to eat healthy things. I will suggest that the school put up a talk about healthy diet so that children like me can learn to have a healthy diet.
